Cabinet shuffle, round ‘who cares anymore’

Holy smokes!  What a lame bunch.

John Yap, advanced ed.  OMG!  Ida Chong, the first nations file.  My brain hurts.  Bill Bennett, cultural development?  Who wrote these jokes?

But this is what they’ve got to work with.  So now they’re balancing renewal with stability.

Renewal?  Stability?  How about they’re dropping like flies so only the carrion is left?  Or  we’re balancing useless with evil?  Or this is what we’re down to, the square root of ‘you know what’.

Hopeless.  It’s all hopeless. You can tell because like an over the hill sprinter they pulled the political equivalent of a banned steroid off the shelf: tax cuts.

Throw them a bone.  Go to our strength.  Whatever.  It’s back to basics and de Jong can be counted on to put anything in the budget just like he got the Basi/Virk deal done.  Might as well add a pair of fairy wings.

The truth of it is that this bunch of leftovers doesn’t deserve to run a corner grocery, let alone our government.  The election can’t come soon enough.

    Hi Ian

Well the wallets of the hanging on “new team” of reshuffled ministers and all those promoted from the back bench had good reason to care. Looks like the whole team get extra pay for their loyalty to a lost cause. What the heck, they might as well milk it to the end – no surprises from this group.

Christy says this cabinet will refresh the “party” but in reality we have just a rehash of the same old same old. It’s not a party for the people of BC – it is a sentence of continued chaos, incompetence, corruption, and bad government.

Way too little way too late. When’s the next photo-op?

I don’t think people even care any more, except maybe the fraser institute & phil hockstein. I don’t even know if people are paying attention. things are much more interesting in quebec right now. nothing is going to save the lieberals so lets just have an election & get on with the business of governing & rebuilding this province.

Somewhat like applying more deoderant and/or more perfume day after day sans douche.
