It’s true. I’ve been missing for over a week now.
Not my fault! Cancer’s fault!
I’ve been averaging six or so visits a week to the Cancer Clinic as I get tested and tested again and then get the reports of the tests and then the reports about what to do about the reports.
Good news. I have fabulous doctors who are preparing for battle. But they aren’t ready yet, so the husband and I are taking our long planned and now very useful and needed vacation.
Does that mean no more posts for a while?
Of course not. After all, before this morphed into the real story it was the readandwrite travel blog. So a bit of travel and a bit of….
Politics. Because I just got 3000 pages of BC Rail tidbits, mostly innocuous but not entirely and I’m taking some of the good stuff with me. Maybe even a post tomorrow, written in midair.
Safe travels, Ian. Looking forward to your posts along the way …

Enjoy!
May fortune smile on your dealings with the Crab. May your writing career be long and fruitful. I sense that your support network is both wide and deep, and distant and unknown though I be, I am of it.
may you have a splended vacation, and an enjoyable read.
Thank you for your dedication, to the people of BC. I appreciate you blogs so much, I visit your site everyday.
Have a really good vacation and rest lots, please.
Where are you going? Copan Ruinas is a bit off the beaten path, but the Mayan ruins are spectacular and accommodation, while basic, is free.
Hello try to get vitamin d test and move it up to 150 ngml
Ian, I saw a strong piece of theatre at the Firehall Friday evening called This is Cancer. It is in turns hilarious and poignant.

Best wishes on your trip Ian and Paul – and I look forward to Basi Bits!
What Mr. Bill said!….Seems that those bits really bite when you all are off galavanting.
